I have changed the old blue of the headings to the new blue, even though it seems a bit gaudy to me... but the only other choice is black, which seems a bit stark. Thoughts?
I have also simplified the table style to a more modern look, one which is also easier to maintain, and made some other minor tweaks. Some of these changes will automagically appear when you next update the template on a chapter; others will need some manual intervention. I have made a table AutoLayout for the new look of the tables, which helps speed up updating them.
