I'm giving up (at least for now) on trying to create a PDF of the full Getting Started guide. I've tried several standard tricks, like removing one file at a time from the mix (to isolate where the problem is), but so far all my tests have been unsuccessful. Others are welcome to try, but I consider that a lower priority than updating the other books.
I think my time is better spent working on updates, starting with completing the Writer Guide, so that's what I'm going to do. Meanwhile, I have made the PDFs of the individual Getting Started chapters available on a separate page of the Docs wiki and amended several wiki pages to point to the new page for V3.3 docs. Let me know if you find someplace that hasn't been fixed, or (better still) fix it yourself. I have not completed amending links on the OOoAuthors website. I've also updated the Tasks List on the Docs wiki. There is a LOT of stuff needing to be done, but very few people are contributing. I am not finding the time or energy to do a bunch of other things like writing more sections of the guide to producing user guides, or giving people feedback.
