This is Writer3 Feedback or one of the other feedback folders? You used Add New > File and not one of the other choices? When you say "it keeps hanging ( for 3 days now!)" so you mean you made multiple attempts, and each hung? How long did you wait for the file to upload? They often take several minutes and can seem like they have hung when in fact they do eventually finish, and there is no progress indicator.
