You first have to create a wiki account.

For creating new wikidocs from scratch you can look at the instructions 
I wrote during wikification of the German Wg2:

Some of the procedures might have changed since then but you might get 
an idea how it works.

For updating already existing docs it might be easier/quicker to take 
the old version and to copy/paste it first into a new document/wikipage 
and later update it.

Jean had a similar receipt AFAIR but I could not find it right now. 

BUT - the question remains if it's really reasonable to have a wiki 
version parallel to the odt version as keeping them in sync seems a big 
issue because it must be done by hand.
