I've made some changes to the OOo3.3 chapter template for ODFAuthors and put it here:
http://www.odfauthors.org/openoffice.org/english/userguide3/res3/OOo3_3_chapter_template.ott We'll use this version for the Calc Guide and other guides as we work on them. No need to change Getting Started or Writer Guide chapters until we next work on them for other reasons. I'm sure there are some bits of explanatory information that still need to be put into the template for reference.
