Hi Judy I saw your post and thought "someone else" might respond. As a part time contributor to the group, I do not have heaps of time to spend on reviewing etc. Some of my efforts have spanned weeks up to a few months. So my comment would be, if something interests you, jump in and do it, even if it takes a while. If there is all of a sudden a mad rush to finish a book, Jean will get out her big stick and stir us all into action. ;=)
I work only on Linux, ok 99.999% of the time, even when I am using Windows I am running Linux (via VM or Crossover). So any screenshots will be from my Linux Mint system. If that does not fit the preferred option, then that becomes a task for someone who feels comfortable doing screenshots and inserting them. I am happy if I can stick to the technical stuff. So that is a selection of my humble opinions (SOMHOs?). kind regards from Switzerland Martin On Fri, 25 Feb 2011 09:53:19 -0600 Judy Darby <[email protected]> wrote: > I'd like to retract and work on a Calc chapter, but my time to review > and edit is limited to spurts of an hour or so a day.
