The conversation between TJ and Vivian made me go looking for ways to
improve the Wiki editor. I discovered that with some simple javascript,
we can add more toolbar buttons to the standard edit toolbar (in the
plain text editor).
I've added several new toolbar buttons. You should be able to see them
when you edit any Wiki page - your browser may have cached the edit
page, so if you just see the old toolbar, clear your browser cache and
reload.
The order of the toolbar buttons (from Comment to Insert Table only, the
original buttons are fixed) can be changed if necessary.
