I just downloaded chapter 2 Input and Output (tables and forms) from
that folder. It contained only 16.2 KB. The correct size for the file,
full name: Data_input_and_removal_DEL_RZ_20100513.odt, is 1.8 MB. Zoltan
may have a more recent copy than I have on my computer.
We might have to replace these files with that have not been corrupted.

I wanted to get back to copy editing and need the files so if someone
can upload new copies it would be helpful.
