I've been poking around in the Doc Project, and doing a little cleanup.
One thing that's been on my mind for a while now are the multitude of
unused mailing lists we have.
Within the project, we use only these mailing lists:
- Authors (most discussion is done here)
- Commits (tracks commits to website)
- Dev (used to discuss things that don't really fit in Authors, but to
be honest... rarely used anymore)
- Issues (tracks Bugzilla issues assigned to the Doc Project)
I would like to ask everyone here... does anyone see any value in
keeping the rest of the (unused) mailing lists?

There has been no valid activity on these mailing lists for several
years. For some, the last valid activity is as far back as 2004. They
are not providing any value to the project anymore.
In an effort to simplify things, I'd like to propose that we delete the
unused mailing lists (which means the archives for the unused mailing
lists as well, but any information they contained is out of date and no
longer useful to anyone).
Thoughts? Comments?
