Check the file size If it is unusually small (under 100kb) then the
pictures are missing. If it's a more normal size, they are in the file
(just not visible on screen) and can be recovered. I've found that
often just closing the file, then reopening it, restores the pictures.
Other times, closing and reopening OOo does the job.

The file size : 894.8 MB.
It has the pictures in it.
