Two problems found.
1) p.15 "toolbar's name". Simple ASCII apostrophe instead of angled one. Looks
wrong.
2) p.18 Link for extensions. When I clicked on this, I got "502 Bad Gateway". I
don't know if that is a fault in the document or in the web! The url looks ok
to me.
