The following errors were noted: pp.59: Reference to fig 40 should be to fig 39. This shows the indents and spacing page in the correct context (i.e. as a paragraph style option). Fig 40 shows it in a different context, as part of a graphic style and is really superfluous.
p.61: "The use of these options is self-explanatory". Not to me, it isn't!
