[authors] Page numbering problem with my Mail Merge guide

Whoever does the next review of my Mail Merge guide should notice that 
the page numbering uses wholly roman numberals.  At some point I must 
have done something to lose the arabic numbering of the main body and I 
can't figure out how to get it back.  Can somewhen tell me, please?
