2) Speaking of which, you are all "owners" of this folder. An owner can always change the content. You can also make other owners yourselves:
- Go to the folder. - Click on the "sharing" tab. - Scroll down and searh by user name. - When the page reloads, go down to "Search results". - Select the desired user name. - Under "role to assign" select "Owner". - Click on "assign local role to selected user(s)".
So, you should be able to do anything you want on this folder (I hope!).
