[authors] When should we make our "pre-published" chapters more public?

Now that the public beta of OOoV2 is out, I'm wondering if we should make 
our "pre-published" V2 chapters more available. That is -- publicise them 
more, both on the OOoAuthors website and in other places, for example on 
the Documentation Project's pages at the OOo website.

What do people think? Pro or con. My general feeling is that it's a good 
idea to make draft docs available, as a public service. (We also often get 
the benefit of having the chapters "usability tested" and reviewed by 
outsiders with a different perspective.)
