Wondering if we could put the copyright info before the ToC as it is in most books.
So the order would be: (1) the title page, (2) the copyright and feedback, etc.and (3) the table of contents then the actually contents.
Yes, I think that is the order we should put them in. I would define a "copyright page" style that is a *left-hand page* so that no blank page occurs after the title page. The ToC then starts on a right-hand page and goes for as many pages as needed. It may or may not end up with a blank page at the end of it, when the actual contents of the chapter begin on a right-hand page.
Anyone printing double-sided would then end up with a chapter that prints out like most other books, with the copyright page on the page of the title page.
