OOops, I uploaded the wrong file. The one I put up was an experiment involving sections being set to read-only (to encourage people to use fields). I didn't mean to propose it. I haven't decided myself if I like it.

I would still add the guide title. Something like this:

Although, I still think we should consider somehow making two sets of graphics, because I don't necessarily like this as the cover of a standalone chapter if someone just downloads it by itself.
Maybe that is too nit picky, I don't know.
For me, though, in the discussion about getting a different chapter title versus a guide title, this is the front runner.
