Uh, oh. We seem to have gotten out of synch here. Janet just published this chapter as a "pre-release" publication last night. I didn't realise that anyone else had it out for review. (If you posted to the list at the time you took this chapter, I missed your note, and I apologise.) Your work won't be wasted because we'll be going over all the chapters before final publication, but this brings up a good point that I've been forgetting: we need to know who has taken something for review and when. I've been very slack about keeping track of what stage various chapters have reached, and who is working on them, and one reason is that I don't know who has something out for review. (The author might know, but I don't.) So -- to everyone: When you take a document off the review list, please send a note to the list saying that you have done so. Regards, Jean
