I'm under the impression that the new template is "almost done" (Jean?, Janet?). If so, perhaps we'll see an email soon.
Yes, almost done. Unfortunately, it will remain "almost" until after I get back to Australia on March 26. I simply won't have time this week to work on the final touches.
But yes, I intend to send out instructions on how to use it, when it's ready for use.

That's the way it should work, but in practice it doesn't. (Long tedious discussion of all the reasons why has been omitted here.)
I'll be covering use of the template in my email when we get the new one.
