I just found a neat editing trick. Say you're editing a chapter, and you want to set all all instances of the word 'Alt' to the OOoKeystroke character style:
1. Edit > Find & Replace. 2. Search for: Alt 3. Click on 'Find All' 4. Open the Stylist and double click on OOoKeystroke
