Rick, Peter, I think it's probably wise to end this thread of discussion. It is not productive. The productive and friendly atmosphere that OOoAuthors currently enjoys depends entirely on mutual respect and consideration. This atmosphere is a beautiful thing, and I would be sad to lose it.
Fortunately, OOo has a list for just about anything. Discussion that is OOo related, but doesn't fit anywhere in particular, can go to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Totally off-topic discussion goes in [EMAIL PROTECTED] Now, please don't take me wrong. OOoAuthors is very flexible, we don't have an off-topic police. In fact, I think this is the first time since our inception (16 months ago) that I've even mentioned the concept of a "topic". I'm certainly happy to see off-topic posts, whenever they help build the atmosphere of friendly cooperation and productivity which has become the hallmark of OOoAuthors. So feel free to link to the occassional neat story, fun fact, etc. My only concern is over posts that could make us lose what we've gained here. Thank you for your understanding. Cheers, Daniel.
