Okay, the copyright agreement has been trotting along. But we still need some more people to agree before a license migration is feasible.
Right now we have agreements from: Daniel, Jean, Rick, Magnus, Peter, Willy, Dan, Agnes, Iain, Jeff, Nicu, ghrt, Johnathon, Preston and Martin.
Not bad! :-)
But we still need agreement from Linda, Janet, Ian and Garry.
Hi from LA airport, where I'm waiting for my international flight. :-)
We also need to hear from Laurent, Camillus, Andrew Pitonyak, Vincenzo, and probably some others.
In my non-existent spare time I've been trying to compile a complete list of contributors. I'm not quite sure what to do about chapters where the acknowledgements say "based on a document by xxxxx" -- is xxxx a contributor? How much revision makes a document "based on" another become a completely new doc? I'm not sure.
