Heh, a bit of both ... but mostly confidence.
I'll look it over...if it's just migrating it probably won't be too time consuming; but we might be able to get the new guy (Gary) to do it??
Good idea. First I'll ask the list if anyone is already working on it. If not, then we can try to get some new blood involved.
As I said above, I think the chapter will need some significant new material, not just migrating (bringing up to date with V2).
