[authors] Is anyone migrating/revising the chapter "Working with Tables"?

Is anyone migrating/revising the chapter "Working with Tables" for the 
Writer Guide?

Vincenzo Ponzi is listed as the author on the V2 outline, but AFAIK he is 
working on other things these days; somewhere in the archives are some 
notes from him saying he's happy for others to take over the chapters he 
originally wrote for V1.

Before I encourage one of the new volunteers to work on this chapter, I 
want to make sure no one else is already doing it (that I don't know about).
