[authors] Another tweak to the proposed V2 template

I knew I had forgotten to do something to the styles in the new template: 
removing the underline from hyperlinks, so the contents page looks better. 
I've now changed the style for hyperlinks and I've uploaded the file again. 
I just overwrote the one I uploaded earlier today, instead of creating a 
new file.
