I just copied it myself. It should be fine now.
I also made some changes, which should allow you to copy anything from the
/en/ folder.
I just tested this using another account ('dcarreraUser'). I gave it
Author role to the /ja/ folder, exactly the same way I told you. And I
used it to copy the Getting Started folder from the user guide. So it
looks like it works. The FAQs are probably a special case (maybe because
they are in the / root folder. I'm not sure.
But in any event, I think you'll be fine now.
But of course, if you have problems later, do let me know. I want this to
work well for you. And it's probably better to fix these problems sooner
than later.
