Did you ever finish looking at this mini-chapter. I want to upload your doc with all of my corrections.
If you won't have a chance that is fine, I will just paste it in and you can look at it with the rest of the doc.
Thanks for the reminder, Peter. It's next on my list after Appendix B of the Calc Guide. I should get to it later today. If I don't get to it, I'll let you know and you can just paste it in and I'll look at it with the rest of the chapter, as you suggested.
