Oh, another piece of advice: "How do I know if I have the old styles or the new ones?"
Easy. Go to the title page. If you see a big huge footer with things like version number, date etc, then you have the old ones. The solution is to over-write them with the new ones, using the steps below. Cheers, Daniel.
