A list is certainly not a problem (legally). I doubt that we're allowed to put up the articles themselves though. But you can ask Bruce what the legal status of that is. I would be happy to host them on OOoAuthors under a license that allows distribution. Maybe LJ will be happy with Creative Commons BY-NC.
