Could someone tell me who the contributors for "Working with Writer" are?
Since I'm reviewing it, I might as well migrate it to the new template and copyright. So far I have Jean and Iain. Have I missed anyone?
Some of this chapter may have started out in "Writer Basics" (Laurent), and Camillus did some work on it. I don't think we've heard from Camillus with an "I agree", so last week I sent a reminder to his last known address. So far no reply. If we don't get an "I agree", I may need to redo a few things (not many). I completely rewrote almost everything, but a few of Camillus's screenshots are still there.
