Later today (I just got up) I'll join the discussion following from your questions in this note, but for now just a reminder:
When you take a doc from the review list, be sure to "retract" it so it is removed from the list while you're working on it. To do this, look on the right-hand side of the page above, where it says "state: pending". Click on this and choose "retract".
I've just done this for you for that chapter, btw. But it's better if you do it, so your username is listed on "file last modified by" -- helps us keep track of who's working on what. Of course, since you got it done so fast, that's not a problem in this case.
Shall I look for another assignment for you, since you're so efficient?
