Here is my suggestion: try "Working with Templates" (the version for the Getting Started book), which is here:

If you take it, be sure to "retract" it so it comes off the review list while you're working on it. To do this, look on the right-hand side of the page above, where it says "state: pending". Click on this and choose "retract".
I'm sorry I haven't had a chance yet to get back to you on the chapter you sent me earlier. I'm up to my ears getting ready for a conference next week, but it's creeping higher up the to-do list.

OK, I think that i have done enough damage to this. Need someone to look at and see if what I did has some merit.
BUT first, I need instructions on how to up load. I have sent attachments to e-Mails, not 1005 successfully, eh Jean.
