[authors] V2 - V1 compatibility Ddocument Properties bug remains

I note that our chapter "template" (actually a .sxw file, not a true 
template) still has problems when I attempt to use it in V2. Although it 
opens correctly in V2, if it is saved from V2 as a .sxw file and then 
reopened in either V2 or V1, some of the DocProperties fields have been 
lost, and the others display incorrectly. If the file is saved from V2 
as a .odt file and then reopened in V2, all is well.

Does anyone know if an issue has been filed for this bug, and if so what 
the issue number is? I'm sure one must have been filed, but I can't find 
it in IZ. (I can never find anything in IZ by searching.)
