I'm delighted to report that the Getting Started book is getting very
close to being done. Here is what's left to do:

pages (HTML files) from the "General Differences" chapter of the
Migration Guide and moving it to the GS book (leaving a brief summary
in the Migration Guide chapter), like we did with Fontwork for V1. I
agree. I'll be doing something about that in the next day or two and
putting the result on the review list.
6) Many of the "published" chapters need to be rechecked against the
latest software beta, and for internal notes saying "need to rewrite
this closer to release date". They also need to be checked against
each other for cross-references and other consistency issues.
7) I have put together a draft master document for the book, so when
the chapters are done, I can create and publish a full book very quickly.
So that's where we are. It's exciting!

Intro to Draw is ready and I have placed Drawing Basic Shapes out for
another review, possibly the final review. I would like this one looked
at again before I bring DBS into Intro to Draw for the GS guide.
