I've put the latest version of the "Creating Web Pages" chapter

As I said in an earlier note (titled PING Jean: GS HTML Pages),
this chapter needs a lot of work. That note details what I think
needs to be done.
I won't have any time to work on this for several days. It would
be really nice if someone wanted to take on this chapter and do a
thorough job on it, so I don't have to. :-)
BTW, I'll be mostly unavailable for 3 days from around 10 hours
from now. I might get a chance to check my email, but that's
about it, and no guarantee on that. Play nicely in my absence,
won't you? ;-)
