On May 29 I announced that I had uploaded a revised chapter template. Linda
promptly found some bugs in it. (Yeah, I know, I should have had her test
it *before* I inflicted it on the whole group.)
I've fixed it now, and Linda has tested it, and it all seems fine, and I
created a whole book using a master document and chapters based on the
template. So I've uploaded it again. The differences from the last one are
getting rid of the new heading style that I had created (because it caused
more problems than it solved) and introducing a paragraph style at the end
of the chapter title page that has a page break *after*.
