Linda, Tim was the *only* author of the guide. He included some people 
in his acknowledgements section, but they weren't authors. I think Tim 
made the Impress guide a school project and one of the people listed 
is his prof.

Ah well that makes this much easier.  We can just migrate the guide to 
V2.  I know there are a lot of changes but this will be better than a 
total re write.
