Additional comment: it works the same except the folder is
"Default" instead of "My Templates".

Yet another example of why V2 is way better than V1. What you described
was much simpler than the instructions I'm writing.
AFAIK, it works the same in V1.1.X.
Once, long ago, I wrote some instructions (probably for 1.0.X)
that were more complicated, but I think that was because of some
problem that was fixed in the 1.1 release.
