Update:
I've redone two graphics with callouts, using the method Daniel
explained the other day. (I had redone them before, but then I
had done them incorrectly. Now they are properly editable.)
I still cannot figure out the answer to the question in the note
I left on an earlier edit. So unless someone else discovers the
answer, that part of the chapter will just have to remain as
written... what is there I think is not wrong, but just incomplete.
I have now published the chapter, but I have also put a copy on
the review list in case anyone else wants to have a go at it.
