I certainly wouldn't postpone anything on account of the London bombing.
Life goes on and the last thing we should do is disrupt our lives any
more than absolutely necessary. London's had many terrorist attacks in
the last 30 years (though none since 2001, which was nice); I don't
think there's any reason for this one to bring life to a stop.
If there are other reasons for postponing the talk, that's a different
matter of course.
