Okay, a minor update to the front page draft:

(I didn't feel it was worth making a new file)
I added an [ Enter ] link to help people who have images turned off. I
tried to adjust the vertical spacing to compensate, so it all looks good.
If there aren't any objections, I would like to make this the new front
page now. When Marko finishes his proposal for better language detection
(some time next week) we can update again.
I've heard "yes" answers from Sigrid and Agnes. I'll wait a while for
someone else to say yes or no.
