Congratulations to the job! And welcome in the Europeen Union ;-)

Thanks! It's good to be here. :-) I have wanted to come for a long time. I've been to 3 continents before (South A., North A. and Asia) and now I'm on the 4th.

It is poosible to customize the subfolders in OOoauthors.org for every
language-Section:
Take a look at: http://new.scipy.org:9090/oocommunity/de/
This folder is customized at present time with own logo, header and
special pagefooters for content-pages .
If you go to the en folder you see the defaults ...

That's VERY COOL. I'm impressed. I didn't realize Plone could do that.

Okay, I can think of one thing I'd like already. When I learn how to do this, I'll put the Enthought logo next to OOoAuthors site-wide. I didn't like the way SciPy did it (our "server mates") because they just used one big image with both logos and if you click on "Enthought" you're still taken to their front page.

I remmeber Peter suggested that the OOoAuthors logo behave differently on each language. So, if you are somewhere down in the German folder and click on the logo you are taken to the German home page. Ditto for other languages. That was a great idea, and I'd like to do it.

I will create a short guide for things to do in order to customize
folders, but I still have a lot of work and don't kmow when it will be.
(If you had questions please ask...)

Take your time. And thanks!

On the test-site I have disabled the property TextTransform, in order to show the plone-tabs like they are and not in lowercase. If You like this we can do this on the active site too!

I love it. I really do.

Is it also possible to make the tabs change in different folders? So each language can have its own set of tabs? I don't want to ask for a miracle. I fully expect that the answer is "no". But I thought I'd ask.

What do You think about a sitemap for OOoauthors?

Where is it?

Thank you for your work! It's amazing. What you just did was really cool. Like I said, I didn't know it was even possible.

Cheers,
Daniel.
