I added a short section to the problem-solving section of this chapter, to cover an issue about graphics anchored "to page" not displaying a master doc. (The issue number is 50669.)
I also made some minor changes elsewhere in the chapter to update some references to the names of other chapters and the location of Ian Laurenson's OutlineCrossReference macro. I updated both the .sxw and .pdf files in the published chapters folder under the Writer Guide. Jean
