As I mentioned in other notes, I revised several chapters of the Getting Started Guide. I have now regenerated the PDF of the full book. I hope I fixed all the little boo-boos I found in the previous version, such as lists not starting at 1 in each chapter. Like the previous PDF, this one does not have bookmarks; I'll do that at a later stage. Here's the file (7.1 MB):
