Oops! Sorry, I didn't mean to make your (or anyone else's) life 
difficult by making these changes. But for what it sounds like 
you are doing, I hope it won't be a problem.

The only changes of any significance are in chapters 1 and 3. I 
don't think my changes affected the page numbers in the rest of 
the book, but I haven't checked that to be sure.

If you get the .sxw files for those two chapters, you can turn on 
"show changes" and see what I've changed. Or just grab the PDFs 
of those chapters and compare them visually with what you've got 
already.
