Yes we have an outline for Impress you can find here:

I have placed the V1 chapters into the new template already. We need to
migrate that information for V2 based on the above outline. The V1
chapters are located here:
http://oooauthors.org/en/authors/userguide2/impress/
There will be some information that most likely will need to be moved
from one chapter to another and new information added to accommodate the
outline.
