which the writer didn't know where to put and "someone" should move them

The "new FAQ items" have not been edited to make them readable, 
well laid out, etc; nor have they been checked for accuracy or 
for overlap or duplication of existing FAQs.

That's something any of us could do if we have time... and then 
move the item to the main list of FAQs so they will get uploaded 
to Docs.
