Heh, heh. I should propose a talk based on my book "Is the Help Helpful?
How to Produce Online Help That Meets Your User's Needs" aimed at
open-source people who want to market their product to a wider audience
than geeks, and who expect and need a different sort of help than I
usually see for open-source software.
Depending on the audience, they may be interested in the process through
which OOoAuthors produces documentation. At FLOSSIE my focus was on
community participation and low barriers because that fit well in the
theme of the conference. Also, I showed them how OOoAuthors works,
because I felt that it'd make this "open source" thing feel less
misterious :-)
Cheers,
Daniel.
