I think that's a good idea. I also think that the user guide is the
top priority.
I am also member of the OOo Italian Lang project, once I understand all
the workings I would like to propose and look for other contributors to
the documentation project from Italy.

I will figure out the thinks we could do to put more then one file to
the site.
I know that there is a way to promote ftp-access on a plone site. I will
test it and will inform you on the list about success or faults :-)
