Because the draft "Getting Started with Impress" chapter is on
the Docs website, I just did a quick-and-dirty update to remove
the most obvious out-of-date information. This will have to do
until Dan gets the chapter properly rewritten. I've uploaded my
amended version to the GS "published docs" folder.
